Join us on Friday, November 8th at 7 pm for “Election Recall: A Space for Healing and Connection Following the 2024 Presidential Election.” Through this gathering, we aim to bring our community together after another divisive election season and re-establish our commitment to continued justice work. Through panel dialogue featuring members of MUCC and VFSJ, and community singing, we will create intentional space for connection as we explore what our communities need through the lens of championing human rights, protections, and access. As a group, we will explore our role in supporting those whose lives are vulnerable after this election. We hope to create a space where we can inspire the kind of empathy, courage, and compassion it takes to dismantle systems of oppression, lay a foundation for continued justice work that can be transformative, and orient our hearts toward empathy following the election.
